The role
You will advise venture capital and investment firms on employment-related matters.
Collaborate with the fund formation practice to support fund clients.
Draft employment agreements and provide ongoing counseling.
Engage in employment-related litigation as needed.
Candidates should have 3-6 years in employment law, familiarity with the venture capital ecosystem, and a JD with admission to the New York State Bar.
Exceptional communication, legal writing, collaboration, initiative, and attention to detail are essential.
