The role
Lead the global compliance program for a leading biotechnology CDMO.
Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance strategy aligned with enterprise standards.
Oversee regulatory, ethics, privacy, antitrust, and anti-corruption programs across global operations.
Drive risk assessments, audits, investigations, training, and third-party governance.
Partner with HR, Legal, and IT to embed compliance into onboarding, performance, and incident response.
Advise executive leadership, mentor the compliance team, and enable sustainable business growth.
