The role
An FP&A Analyst is responsible for delivering financial reports, forecasts, and consolidations to support strategic decision-making. The role involves analysing performance data to identify trends, variances, and drivers, and providing actionable insights. The analyst partners with various teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They lead key aspects of the month-end close process, managing deadlines and delivering comprehensive analysis. Delivering insights into cost management and efficiency opportunities is also vital, along with supporting strategic planning through financial modelling. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with financial tools, and effective communication of complex data.
