The role
Lead the hybrid service planning for field operations, focusing on SAP-driven scheduling and efficiency.
Plan and optimize work orders and engineer deployments to maximize service levels and resource utilization.
Liaise with customers to confirm service appointments, timelines, and required parts.
Maintain accurate SAP records, including orders, assets, and service histories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, resources, and continuous improvement.
Monitor performance metrics and deliver reports to support service delivery improvements.
