The role
Lead the brickwork package on a new build project, directing on-site activities, resources, and quality delivery. Enforce health and safety compliance via robust site practices, inspections, and risk mitigation. Implement and monitor quality checks, resolving issues to uphold project specifications. Coordinate with trades and subcontractors to align workflows with the construction programme. Show strong organisational leadership to manage on-site teams and maintain a safe, productive environment. Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications along with demonstrated brickwork and site-management experience.
