The role
As a Staff Data Analyst, Growth, you will lead rigorous statistical analyses and experiment design to uncover causal relationships that drive product and growth decisions.
You will own the design and analysis of experiments beyond basic A/B tests, improving accuracy and scalability for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Your work will automate analytical pipelines, build reporting tools, and maintain reproducible data codebases for scalable insights.
You will surface insights to executive stakeholders and partner across analytics, marketing, and product teams.
You will continuously learn about the product and user ecosystem, applying best practices and exploring new tooling to boost efficiency.
The role requires strong communication skills to explain complex quantitative concepts to diverse audiences and to set priorities with cross-functional partners.
