The role
The role involves completing online and practical training in IT support, obtaining industry-recognised certifications, and gaining hands-on experience. Candidates will be prepared for an entry-level IT Technician role with a potential starting salary of £24K to £30K. After gaining two years' experience, individuals can progress into a Network Engineer position with an average salary of £45K.
