The role
Direct and coordinate data-driven yield and performance improvements for complex product assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Perform data analysis to identify root causes and develop corrective actions to enhance test yield and overall product quality.
Collaborate across manufacturing, design engineering, and test teams to resolve issues and implement sustaining solutions.
Lead on-the-floor troubleshooting, enabling test engineers with structured diagnostic approaches.
Develop technical understanding of product architecture, subassemblies, and test requirements to support lifecycle improvements.
Balance manufacturing support with documentation, process control, and continuous improvement to sustain efficiency and compliance.
