The role
Operate autonomous humanoid robots to support real customer use cases on-site.
Monitor robot performance continuously, identify bugs, and escalate issues to engineering via Jira.
May use teleoperation gear to guide the robot through predefined behaviors.
Maintain organized, clean workspaces and comply with all safety and maintenance procedures.
Own the operation of the robots from bring-up to shutdown and drive continuous improvement.
Contract-to-hire, full-time role with a 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM shift in San Jose, CA.
