The role
The role involves supporting large-scale digital transformation projects within the defence sector by developing and maintaining business change plans, engaging with stakeholders to facilitate organisational change, and conducting assessments across defence development areas. Candidates will collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, work with external partners and government agencies, and lead workshops to inspire and inform teams. The position requires expertise in change methodologies, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a preference for those experienced in defence or complex operational environments. A relevant change management qualification and experience in digital programmes are advantageous, but not mandatory. The role promotes hybrid working within Bristol and the South-West, involving client site visits and team collaboration.
