The role
Partner with executive leadership to define workforce goals and HR initiatives aligned with long-term success.
Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring efficient operations and service excellence for managers and staff.
Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws; guide leaders on compliance and best practices.
Oversee recruitment, staffing, benefits, safety, leave management, and workers' compensation across multiple sites.
Develop and implement policies, training, and performance programs to boost engagement, retention, and high morale.
Maintain confidential personnel records and HR metrics to support operational and regulatory needs.
