The role
Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership on securities, governance, and finance matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee the preparation and filing of SEC disclosures and other regulatory reports.
Draft and review securities, governance, and finance-related agreements and policies.
Partner with internal teams and manage external counsel on corporate transactions and financing.
Monitor regulatory developments, train staff, and continuously enhance processes for risk management and efficiency.
