The role
Lead and coach a team of Tech Ops Payments Analysts, driving performance and development through data-driven guidance. Own weekly operations reviews, translating analytics into actionable decisions and measurable improvements. Direct capacity planning, work allocation, and recruitment to ensure scalable, high-quality support. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational scalability and user experience. Leverage SQL and automation to diagnose issues, run analyses, and deliver timely business metrics. Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on craft, excellence, and delivering value to users.
