The role
The Human Resources Leader in Development (CoE) program is a 12-month management training track designed for entry-level candidates pursuing a hospitality HR leadership career.
Participants work full-time within the HR department while completing Learning Commitments that expose them to general hotel operations and division-specific functions.
Develop and supervise HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training initiatives, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy compliance.
Coordinate salary administration, leave of absence tracking, HRIS data integrity, and unemployment claims management to ensure accurate, timely records.
Lead associate communications, events, training programs, and contribute to a culture of service, accountability, and safe incident reporting.
Upon completion, relocate if needed to advance into a management role and contribute to a Centers of Excellence culture.
