Factory Operative – Bradwell

The factory operative position involves operating coiling machinery, conducting quality checks, and handling packaging duties in a busy factory setting. Candidates will report to the factory manager and are expected to complete production checks accurately and on time while maintaining safety standards. Some experience with forklifts is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided. The role requires good attention to detail and teamwork skills, with an adaptable approach to work hours, potentially including overtime. Working hours are from 6am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 4pm on Fridays. Candidates must have a driving licence, and forklift experience is preferred, with on-site parking available.
