The role
Join the Global Fraud Prevention team as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on data-driven risk decisioning at scale.
Design holistic data-driven solutions to support financial and fraud risk objectives and deliver scalable ML products.
Collaborate with product, platform engineering, and analytics teams to ensure reliable training data and robust monitoring.
Develop and maintain production-grade data pipelines, ML algorithms, and advanced statistical models with feature engineering on large datasets.
Ensure data integrity, fairness, and explainability through rigorous testing, validation, and bias detection practices.
Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, advancing techniques across supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
