The role
Lead organization-wide GenAI projects, guiding data science professionals to design and deploy large language and multi-modal models for real-world business value.
Define monitoring metrics and governance to ensure model performance translates into tangible outcomes across cloud and edge deployments.
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven innovation, providing domain expertise and scalable, compliant solutions.
Translate insights into clear visualizations and communicate impact to non-technical audiences.
Oversee cross-functional development teams, ensuring models are scalable, maintainable, and integrated into end-to-end solutions.
Mentor, train, and empower junior staff while navigating fast-paced, distributed environments.
