The role
Perform thorough cleaning of all theatre areas to maintain a safe, clean, and patient-focused environment.
Disinfect touchpoints, operating attachments, canopies, vents, hand dispensers, and all equipment in line with infection control standards.
Carefully clean and manage theatre stacking systems and related components to support sterile processing and efficient workflow.
Follow established cleaning schedules, complete required training, and comply with DBS checks and decontamination guidelines.
Demonstrate empathy and strong communication with the team, using initiative and a flexible, can-do attitude.
This is a 20-hour per week role with a 5am start and occasional weekend work; some shifts may vary.
