The role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you design and deploy CLV models and Next Best Action strategies to drive value, engagement, and growth across the lifecycle.
You apply modern ML and deep learning techniques—transformers, embeddings, and sequence models—to capture behavioural and transactional patterns.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, and lifecycle teams to translate business needs into scalable modelling roadmaps.
Ensure solutions are robust, production-ready, and integrated with engineering for reliable deployment and ongoing improvement.
Mentor colleagues, promote best practices, and share knowledge across the team.
Communicate modelling rationale and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
