The role
An IT Manager is responsible for leading application and integration teams supporting key commercial systems such as Salesforce and Oracle Fusion in Edinburgh. The role involves managing team performance, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring smooth operation of application support processes in a global enterprise environment. Candidates should possess extensive experience in managing application teams, with knowledge of SDLC, vendor management, and support processes like ITIL. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, international setting, and a background in technical disciplines including SaaS platforms and microservices. Prior experience with Salesforce, Order to Cash processes, and Java microservices is preferred. The role offers flexibility for remote working within the UK, with occasional travel, and requires a degree in a technical field with substantial management experience.
