The role
The role involves supporting the origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions for financial institutions across the EMEA region. The associate will conduct financial modelling, prepare presentations, and manage transaction processes from pitch to close, collaborating with clients and advisers. They are expected to have strong analytical skills, experience in investment banking, and proficient technical abilities including Excel and PowerPoint. The position requires excellent communication and project management skills, along with the capacity to develop strategies and solve complex business issues. Ongoing professional development and mentoring of junior staff are also key aspects of the role.
