The role
Lead the design and delivery of scalable back-end services powering AI-powered applications.
Define software architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for AI/ML-enabled systems.
Drive operational excellence by reducing latency and increasing throughput for models, agents, and APIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to productionize models and agents.
Mentor senior engineers, conduct architectural reviews, and influence engineering culture.
Explore emerging AI technologies, pilot PoCs, and represent technical excellence internally and externally.
