The role
As an Associate, you will participate in all aspects of loan origination, underwriting, and closing for CRE financing.
Collaborate with senior originators, borrowers, and lenders to analyze opportunities and structure financing solutions.
Develop and refine Excel-based cash flow and valuation models to support underwriting decisions.
Conduct market and economic research across multiple asset classes and review leases, financial statements, and third-party reports.
Prepare offering memoranda and lender pitchbooks, and assist with loan packaging, marketing, and closing coordination.
This role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path toward originator or senior analyst positions in real estate capital markets.
