The role
Priory Hospital Cardiff employs a registered psychologist to work alongside multidisciplinary teams providing assessment, formulation, and treatment planning for patients with complex mental health needs. The role involves delivering individual and group therapies, psychological risk assessments, and supporting clinical excellence through staff training and reflective practice. Candidates should possess a postgraduate qualification in psychology and be registered with the HCPC, with experience working with complex clients. Experience in forensic settings and additional training such as HCR-20 and Positive Behaviour Support is desirable.
