The role

Part-time Family Physician or Specialist to join a collaborative team in a tertiary rehabilitation setting. Provide inpatient care to adult patients with various medical conditions, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical teaching. Collaborate with a nurse practitioner, participate in call schedule, and engage in multidisciplinary care planning.
