The role

Professional services facilitator and business analyst with 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience, including certification. Facilitate workshops, define project goals and vision, and oversee development stages. Strong business analysis and ITIL/ITSM expertise. Agile experience with Scrum and SAFe.
