The role
Own the execution layer of AI systems, building end-to-end ML pipelines across data, training, evaluation, inference, and deployment.
Fine-tune models with LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, DPO, and distillation to meet real-world requirements.
Architect scalable inference systems with a focus on latency, cost, and reliability, including GPU optimization and memory efficiency.
Design data systems for high-quality synthetic and real training data and implement robust evaluation for performance, safety, and bias.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into backend, mobile, and desktop products and ship changes rapidly.
Operate under production constraints with ownership over outcomes in a flat, high-trust team environment.
