The role
Position: Mid-Level Associate Attorney focused on commercial litigation and corporate contracts.
Licensed to practice in California and New York; based in the San Francisco office.
Draft, review, and revise contracts and ancillary agreements; deliver practical, plain-English guidance.
Manage discovery, draft demand letters, pleadings, and motion papers; prepare for depositions.
Lead by example, supervise junior team members, and ensure deadlines are met while upholding high standards of quality.
Contribute to client development and the growth of the firm through collaboration and strategic support.
