The role
Part-time luxury stylist/Sales Associate responsible for delivering world-class customer service and driving sales at a premium menswear environment in The Woodlands, TX.
Provide personalized styling advice, build client relationships, and maintain a polished store appearance to reflect high standards.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while collaborating with the store team to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge, convey features and benefits, and participate in inventory, POS, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Support training and brand standards, adhere to security procedures, and contribute to a positive, energetic team culture.
Flexible with weekdays and weekends, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and committed to ongoing learning and growth.
