The role
A product graphic designer is responsible for developing and executing creative concepts, including sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings, to produce innovative product designs that are commercially relevant. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet project deadlines. They also design packaging, marketing materials, and point-of-sale displays to uphold visual consistency across channels. Staying updated on design trends and bringing fresh ideas is essential in this role. Candidates should demonstrate experience in product design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and an understanding of manufacturing processes. Additional skills such as CAD modelling and a keen eye for detail enhance overall capability in this varied design position.
