The role
Perform open-source research and media analysis across print, online, TV, radio, and social platforms to identify key themes.
Translate large volumes of information into concise bullets, reports, and trend analyses for senior decision-makers.
Maintain a roughly 11 PM–7 AM schedule, Monday through Friday, with at least one weekend per month.
Continuously refine search strings and use research tools to capture relevant content and track daily developments and public events.
Prepare news updates, briefings, and executive summaries on national security topics and communicate findings to clients.
Collaborate virtually with stakeholders, adapt to changing requirements, and meet tight deadlines, with potential in-person availability on short notice.
