The role
Lead the strategic planning and roadmap for scalable, production-ready ML systems, including training, data pipelines, feature engineering, and model inference.
Own the architecture and establish best practices for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across ML training, serving, and features.
Mentor and grow a team of ML infrastructure engineers, setting high technical standards and fostering collaboration and learning.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, platform teams, and product stakeholders to design, implement, and operate robust ML platforms that accelerate development and deployment.
Stay current with industry trends to ensure the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and practices.
Operate at large scale to deliver high-performance ads ML capabilities to hundreds of millions of users.
