The role
Lead ambiguous problems with an AI-native approach and design scalable analytics frameworks across multiple product domains.
Partner with product, engineering, design, and operations to proactively identify opportunities and guide data-informed decisions.
Apply advanced statistics, causal inference, and A/B testing to surface drivers of product performance and separate signal from noise.
Design, analyze, and interpret experiments; leverage AI-assisted workflows to ensure insights highlight trade-offs based on sample size and data quality.
Deliver multiple high-impact projects with clear deliverables and timelines, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor other data practitioners, raise data quality and rigor, and scale best practices across the team with an agile mindset.
