The role
Lead research initiatives in audio, video and multimodal AI, translating theory into practical, scalable solutions for real-world use cases.
Collaborate with Research Engineers to develop models for audio and video tasks, including TTS, music generation, speech enhancement, and video-conditioned audio generation.
Define short-term product-aligned research goals and longer-term strategic directions, turning insights into concrete use cases.
Design and implement innovative model architectures and algorithms; optimize for efficiency, latency, and throughput on large distributed systems.
Interpret experimental results to derive actionable insights and stay at the cutting edge by tracking state-of-the-art literature and emerging technologies.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, technically feasible solutions and share knowledge across teams.
