The role
Lead and deliver full lifecycle construction projects from inception to completion (RIBA 0-7).
Act as the primary client-facing contact, building and sustaining trusted relationships with stakeholders across levels.
Oversee programme, budget, risk, and quality across multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on NEC contracts and procurement.
Administer compensation events and early warning notices, while maintaining key contract registers.
Embed sustainability, Net Zero, and modern construction methods into delivery.
Contribute to regional growth, business development, and mentoring with leadership of the PM team.
