The role
Wisconsin Personal Injury Attorney (100% remote) to join and represent injured clients with strong advocacy.
Handle cases from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation negotiations and litigation when necessary.
Conduct client consultations, evaluate merits, develop legal strategies, and maintain clear client communication.
Manage pre-litigation tasks: review demand packages, negotiate with insurance companies, and coordinate with case managers and medical teams.
Represent clients in court, take depositions, participate in mediations and arbitrations, and proceed to trial when required.
Requirements include 2-4 years of personal injury experience, JD, active Wisconsin bar license, strong negotiation and litigation skills, and proficiency in legal research and case management software.
