The role
Position: Healthcare Recruiter focused on nursing for Indian Reservation and IHS facilities, with remote or hybrid work options.
Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to placement, ensuring timely nurse placements.
Develop and maintain relationships with Tribal partners and clinical talent to meet staffing needs.
Meet placement targets in a fast-paced environment while earning uncapped commissions on top of a $50,000 base salary.
Demonstrate strong sourcing and communication skills to attract qualified nursing candidates and manage pipelines.
Remote work flexibility with optional onsite collaboration in Midtown Manhattan; benefits include health insurance and PTO.
