The role
The Business Analyst in Data & Analytics leverages their expertise to bridge the gap between IT capabilities and business needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include gathering and analysing business requirements, evaluating processes, and developing improvement solutions. The role involves acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, performing data analysis, and supporting project management activities to deliver initiatives effectively. Additional duties include documenting specifications, validating solutions through quality assurance, and aiding change management to facilitate user adoption. Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields, with experience in process modelling, data analysis, and SAP, ideally within FMCG industries. Experience of at least three years is required to succeed in this position.
