The role
The Full Stack Engineer at Allica Bank is responsible for designing and delivering applications within a cross-functional team, utilising Kotlin/Java, React, and TypeScript to create secure and scalable banking software. They ensure high standards in cybersecurity, performance, and user accessibility, while maintaining and improving the operational health of production systems on Azure cloud services. The role involves hands-on coding, collaborative design, code reviews, and adherence to industry regulations and standards, including observability and CI/CD practices. Engineers use AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, validate AI outputs, and share best practices. They work closely with product managers and designers to shape technical solutions that meet business and compliance requirements.
