The role
Build and own long-term demand forecasts and optimization models for fleet planning.
Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring models into production.
Design, implement, and monitor production-ready ML solutions in AWS/Python.
Provide trusted data-driven insights to stakeholders and champion a data-driven culture.
Stay at the forefront of Decision Intelligence and AI-driven approaches to solve strategic mobility challenges.
