The role
Human Resources Manager
$100,000-$130,000 base salary + bonus, health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO.
Lead HR programs, manage employee relations, and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include site HR lead, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce planning.
Manage complex issues, coach leaders, and develop team members.
Requires 5+ years HR experience, HR certification, and Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Experience with HRIS systems a plus.
