The role
We are seeking a meticulous Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and comprehensive bid packages for complex projects.
Conduct quantity takeoffs, analyze costs, and monitor budgets to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with project managers to align estimates with scopes, schedules, and risk considerations.
Negotiate with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing while upholding quality and safety standards.
Proficiency in Bluebeam and HeavyBid is required, along with strong analytical, numerical, and data-driven decision-making.
This full-time on-site role in San Francisco offers a salary range of $120,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for growth.
