The role
Lead and provide strategic legal support for broad real property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development agreements, and leasing.
Negotiate and draft letters of intent, leases, easements, title reports, and related agreements while ensuring transactional compliance and risk mitigation.
Advise business leadership on land access, title, boundaries, and other key real estate issues across cross-functional teams.
Support leasing and transactional work connected to energy, mineral, infrastructure, or special projects.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives and process improvements to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Demonstrate strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills while building partnerships with internal stakeholders.
