The role
Junior Engineer, Estimator:
Reports to Engineering and Estimating Manager.
Analyzes plans, specifications, and addenda;
Participates in selecting composite liners and infrastructure rehabilitation products;
Prepares preliminary design sheets and technical documents for bid submissions;
Calculates project quantities;
