The role
A global leader in energy and environmental services seeks a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to support its in-house legal team in West Bromwich. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and refurbishment contracts such as JCT and NEC, advising on tenders, project variations, and operational matters. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to support strategic initiatives, balancing legal risks with commercial opportunities. They are expected to have UK legal qualifications, extensive knowledge of construction law, and experience with public procurement is advantageous.
