The role
You will drive strategic analyses to identify key growth opportunities across Product and Marketing.
Partner with Product and Marketing to design and run experiments.
Own the analytics roadmap for growth functions such as SEO and referrals.
Monitor core metrics, proactively surface issues, and drive resolution.
Extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations across the customer journey.
This hybrid Bengaluru role requires 4+ years of B2C analytics experience, expert SQL, and proficiency in Python or R, with fintech experience a bonus.
