The role
Lead the end-to-end development of scalable ML solutions for threat detection and security analytics, translating vague security threats into concrete mathematical problems.
Prototype rapidly to validate hypotheses in days, prioritizing high-value detections and pruning low-signal ideas early.
Advance detection through probabilistic modeling, graph analytics, and both supervised and unsupervised learning to reveal sophisticated attacks.
Mentor junior scientists and engineers while building internal tooling, feature stores, and libraries to accelerate the team's impact.
Deliver production-grade ML models with robust CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and governance to reduce alert fatigue and improve analyst efficiency.
Operate autonomously on ambiguous business problems, collaborating with stakeholders to craft data-driven, secure, and compliant solutions.
