The role
Leads a multimedia team in producing Persian-language news, features, and programming for broadcast, web, and social media.
Assigns tasks, coaches team members, and reports performance to management.
Acts as line producer during programs, overseeing timing, sequence of stories, and on-air pacing.
Conducts and writes interviews, translates and adapts content between Persian and English as assigned.
Versions content between Persian and English for distribution; participates in developing regular or special programs; voices material as needed.
Operates technical equipment, edits taped material, manages digital assets, and works independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
