The role
Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional leaders to inform strategy and support decisions across the Ads group.
Transform large-scale datasets into actionable insights using quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to drive product and business success.
Define success metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of ML initiatives and product changes.
Guide product decisions by uncovering trends, identifying opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations, and driving product roadmaps.
Serve as a subject-matter expert, translating business questions into analytical work and driving process improvements with ownership of ML products.
Establish a product analytics culture, own analytics that influence revenue growth and long-term strategy across vector initiatives, supply analytics, and sales insights.
