The role
A senior business analyst in Birmingham supports the delivery of AI and automation initiatives related to tax by conducting requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process optimisation. The role involves developing use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria while maintaining traceability across project phases. The analyst collaborates with architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure business needs are met through optimal solution design and testing support, including UAT planning and execution. Key skills include experience in data transformation programmes, agile methodologies, and stakeholder facilitation, along with proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence. This position requires excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment across various teams to achieve project success.
